I’ve been nursing my whole life. It’s all I’ve ever done. As a child, I can remember my grandmother lying sick on the couch and me sitting on the floor next to her, listening to her stories. It comforted me then, and it still comforts me to be a listening ear.

I started out as a CNA, then went to LPN school, and in 1995 I became an LPN. In 2005, I started my RN career. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to have worked in the Critical Care Departments, Surgical Hospitals, Home Health, Hospice, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Behavioral Health. It is my love for Seniors that led me to the last 10+ years as a Director of Nursing (DON), followed by an Administrator for Assisted Living Facilities in the Central Little Rock area. I’ve also had the privilege of being a Health Facilities Surveyor for the Office of Long-term Care (DPSQA).

We know the importance of not only having the right person, but the right person with the clinical knowledge. We “Fill In The Gap,” thereby allowing your precious loved one to remain safely and comfortably in their home and allowing you to “just be the son, daughter, niece, or nephew.” We manage the clinical and skilled needs.
